“Kazlegprom-Almaty” LLP is one of the biggest high-tech manufacturing enterprises of light industry in Kazakhstan, from 2011 year successfully operating in the market. The mission of “Kazlegprom-Almaty” LLP is to provide the light industry of Kazakhstan market with competitive garment and footwear product of domestic production. The production site is a modern and modernized complex, where implemented the most advanced technological solutions sewing and footwear production. The production capacity of garment and footwear factory is up about 1.5 million variety of clothing products and 500 thousand. pairs of shoes per year. Foreign experience is constantly being studied and introduced, attracting foreign experts from Italy, Turkey and South Korea in order to improve the organization of production.

 

"Kazlegprom-Almaty" LLP constantly works on perfection of technologies, carries out technical re-equipment and modernization of production. The garment and shoe factory installed 800 pieces of equipment of a new generation during 2013-2014.

A new production line for the production of model footwear was launched on Italian technology in December 2016, with a production capacity of up to 150,000 pairs of shoes per year - for this purpose modern European equipment was purchased for 300 million tenge; 70 new employments were created.

Currently, the factory is one of the largest employers in Almaty region. Since the opening of the enterprise, the average number of employees has increased for 15-fold from 30 people to 600. The Sheber Training Center has been functioning since 2014 with Kazlegprom-Almaty LLP, in which the training and retraining of specialists in sewing and shoe production is based on dual training technology based on 7 programs with further employment, both at the factory and outside of it.

The commodity nomenclature of Kazlegprom-Almaty LLP includes a wide range of products, including special clothes for workers of industrial and service enterprises, military uniforms, men's clothing and footwear; school uniform and shoes; other clothes and shoes at the request of customers. The volume of sewing-shoe products produced by Kazlegprom-Almaty LLP has increased for 7-fold since the beginning of activity.

 

Products of Kazlegprom-Almaty LLP are represented in shopping and entertainment centers: Mega Alma-Ata, Mega Silk Way, Mega Park. After providing the Kazakh market, the Kazleggrom-Almaty sewing and shoe factory plans to export products.
