The «KORGAN- 2013» Contest Results

The National Industrial Competition "KORGAN-2013" was traditionally held the third time on April 25th, 2013 within the framework of the 3-rd Kazakhstan International Occupational Safety and Health Conference and Exhibition - KIOSH 2013. The KIOSH Organizers are the «Iteca» exhibition company and its international partner ITE Group PLC (Great Britain).

Competition "KORGAN-2013" is the annual national award for the best names in the area of occupational health and safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The winners of the Competition "KORGAN-2013" are the following Companies:

• The «Company of the Year»category
  • the oil and gas industry - Tengizchevroil company.
  • the metallurgy industry - Kazakhmys Group.
• The «Project of the Year» category was awarded to the «Mining Caravan» and « The risks Assessment associated with the noise at the manufacturing plants » - 3M Companies.
• The «Specialist of the Year» category was awarded to the Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Division ENRC Kazakhstan – Yedilbayeva Laura Ibragimovna
• The «Best PPE Supplier and Best PPE Manufacturer» category is awarded to the «Allies Industrial» Company.

The jury members include officials from industry-specific ministries and governmental agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, independent experts and industrial associations.
