Global-Spetsodezhda PA LLP is the largest factory for sewing overalls in the Western region.
Global-Spetsodezhda PA LLP is a socially oriented enterprise and one of the largest factories for sewing overalls in the Western region.
The company has been developing and producing specialized models for 25 years in such industries as petrochemical, metallurgical, mining, electric power, construction and security structures, and also produces medical clothing and clothing for all service sectors.
The production capacity is 1.2 million products per year.
The enterprise is designed for 700 jobs and today the total number of employees is more than 200 people, the main part of which are people with disabilities, the unemployed persons, as well as women from socially vulnerable segments of the population and mothers of many children.
On the basis of the enterprise, its own training and production complex - Nadezhda was created to train unemployed citizens and people with disabilities. To date, 11 groups have graduated, this is more than 300 graduates, 80% of them are employed in the clothing industry.
We implemented and certified a quality management system for compliance with the requirements of ST RK ISO 9001-2016.

The company has developed and implemented the following projects:
- Launch of a training center for free training in sewing at the social center for adaptation of youth - Meyiri in Aktobe for pupils of the Center with further employment in the Global clothing production.
- Implementation of dual training with elements of mentoring together with the Aktobe College of Service and the College for Children with Hearing Impairments.
- Development of new academic programs for colleges and higher educational institutions for the training of light industry specialists;
- Carrying out demonstration exams and youth internships for college students on the basis of Global enterprise.
- Participation and implementation of the WorldSkills program in order to increase the prestige of blue-collar professions and develop skills in the clothing industry.
- Carrying out trainings and master classes on the topics: “Human capital is the basis of modernization”, “Career and personal growth day”, etc. for mothers of many children, single mothers, women from socially vulnerable segments of the population.
- Participation in the implementation of the Silver Age project to promote employment of people of pre-retirement age.
One of the innovative projects of the enterprise is the launch of a new direction in the field of industrial safety - the creation of Global Safety company to comprehensively provide enterprises with means of protection against falls from heights, providing a full cycle of works: development of projects and provision of a comprehensive solution to ensure protection of work at height, risk assessment/audit, design, supply and installation of equipment, training of enterprise employees.
